Our two Restaurants are right on the beach, with the Caribbean sea lapping the sand only a few feet away. The main Patio Restaurant is open for Lunch from 11.30am to 2.30pm, and for Dinner from 6.30pm; the bar serves all day from 10.00am. Our kitchen is open plan, so you can see your meal being prepared, or watch your dinner cooking on our grill. Dress is informal all the time; swimsuits are all you need during the day. The PAVILION, new in 1995, is where we serve Continental breakfast for our house guests in the winter season, and on certain evenings, we offer a fixed menu, family style dinner for house guests and selected invited guests only. It is also available for meetings, special events and private functions.
